All orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, and are generally processed within 2-3 business days. Please note, LELUXE is not responsible for any duty charges that may be applied on international shipping orders. International packages ship using an external service provider and the customer is responsible for all associated duties and fees.



Full priced items can be returned or exchanged for any reason up to 10 days from time of purchase. Items must be unworn, unlaundered and with all original tags and labels still attached. Items for exchange or return must ship within 5 days following return authorization. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, they can be exchanged for a different size, provided there is stock available.



To request a return or exchange please email within 10 days of receiving your purchase. Please include your name and order number. We will issue a return label. If you are requesting an exchange please include the item you would like to exchange for, size and color. A customer service representative will be in touch within 48 hours Monday-Friday.

Returns are free for orders on full price items within the first 14 days of receipt, and within the continental US. For orders outside the continental US, the customer will be responsible for the shipping of the return, or the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund on the return. LELUXE offers complimentary shipping within the continental US.
